By accessing or using Pantry Meld ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. This agreement constitutes the End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Pantry Meld.
Pantry Meld is an AI-powered smart grocery list and pantry tracker that provides pantry management, grocery list creation, recipe suggestions, meal planning, expiration tracking, family sharing, shopping history analytics, and personalized AI kitchen assistance.
Expiration date tracking and food storage advice provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. Always use your own judgment and follow food safety guidelines. We are not responsible for food-related illness resulting from reliance on the Service.
AI-generated recipe suggestions, meal plans, and kitchen advice are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional nutritional or dietary advice. Consult a healthcare provider for specific dietary needs.
Some features require a paid subscription (Pantry Meld Premium), an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all data you create through the Service, including pantry items, grocery lists, recipes, and meal plans. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide pantry tracking and related features.
When you invite family members to share lists and pantry data, you are responsible for ensuring that invited members consent to the sharing arrangement. Each member must agree to these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD SAFETY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
